This Privacy Policy explains how Pdfyra ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Pdfyra app and the website pdfyra.app.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, phone number and name that you give us when you sign up.
Profile photo, if you choose to upload one.
Subscription and payment status. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and we do not store your card or UPI details.
Files you choose to process with features that run on our servers (such as Convert, AI Chat, Compare, Read Aloud and Cloud Sync).
Basic device and usage information, such as app version and crash reports, to keep the app working well.

How we use your information

To create your account and sign you in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.
To provide the app features and manage your subscription.
To respond to your support requests.
To improve the app and keep it secure.

Your files

Many tools work directly on your device. When you use a feature that needs our servers, your file is sent securely, processed to give you the result, and is not used for any other purpose. We do not sell your files or personal data.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads. Our advertising partners may use device identifiers to show ads. Premium users do not see ads.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the app, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, and when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Pdfyra is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
