You are in control of your data. Here is how to delete your account and everything linked to it.

Step 1
Send us an email
From the email address you use to log in to Pdfyra, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Pdfyra account".
Step 2
We verify your request
We confirm by email that the request came from the account owner, so nobody else can delete your account.
Step 3
Your account is deleted
We delete your account and the data linked to it, then send you a confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account details: email address, phone number and name
- Your profile photo
- Files stored with Cloud Sync
- Your subscription and app data linked to the account
What we may keep
Some records, such as payment and transaction records, may be kept for legal and accounting purposes. These are not used for anything else.
Before you delete
- Cancel your Premium subscription in the app first, so you are not billed again.
- Save any files you need from Cloud Sync. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
