Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation and refunds for Pdfyra Premium.

Free trial

New users get 1 month of Premium free. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for it.

Plans and billing

• Premium Monthly: ₹29 per month.
• Premium Yearly: ₹199 per year.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because Premium features are available to you immediately, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally not refundable. We will gladly refund you in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged but Premium was not activated on your account.
• Any other case where we agree the charge was made in error.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
